The design concept behind this work is the exact opposite of Cubism and the 1980’s design aesthetic. The simple modern designs of the “Contemporary Tribal” collection are based on organic shapes reminiscent of water droplets and the yin yang that make them feel modern and sophisticated, never dated. The nature-based subjects are accompanied by whimsical uplifting quotes, adaptable color schemes and a selection of interchangeable background patterns and borders to create endless design options for a use on a variety of products. These organic, minimalist designs are versatile and easy to reproduce on a range of substrates, while being fun and playful enough for children, but sophisticated enough for new moms and grandmothers worldwide.
